We ask that everyone please arrive on time for your appointments and cancel at least 24 hours in advance if needed. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations or no-shows are difficult for us to fill. Here’s a reminder of our policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment price.

Cancellations within 12 hours, same-day or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price.

We also want to remind you that our Child and Youth appointment booking has recently been updated. If you or the person you are booking for is under the age of 16, please ensure the appointment is booked under Child and Youth. If you are unsure which appointment type is appropriate or are looking for something different, please contact the clinic, and we will be happy to assist.
