CANCELLATION POLICY - Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full service fee.
DIRECT BILLING - We offer direct billing to most insurance providers where available. If your plan does not allow direct billing, we will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
