“I've been booking with Shaunah for massages for years. A few weeks ago, on the day of my massage appointment, my roommate tested positive for COVID. I called that morning to reschedule my appointment within 15 minutes of my roommate informing me (my appointment was scheduled for 5pm). The receptionist had no issue rescheduling the appointment and I thought everything was fine until I got a notification that my benefits had been charged for the full cost of the appointment. I called and the receptionist informed me that she would pass the message to Shaunah to call me back. It's been two weeks and I STILL have not received any call back (even after following up after my initial call!). The actual shear disrespect and lack of customer service is disgusting. Would you guys rather have me come in and potentially expose you to COVID?!! I could have easily (and selfishly) came in and potentially exposed anyone to the virus, but that's not morally right. You've lost me as a customer and I will never recommend this massage therapist or business to any of my friends or family.”Lire la suiteRéduire
