Just had my first acupuncture session with Dr. Cody Zhang. Cody was very personable, professional and kind. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. It was like he knew what my body needed and was able to see through my initial point of pain and find the root problem. I highly recommend Dr. Cody Zhang. I tried Acupuncture and cupping for the first time with Cody. I was nervous going in but Cody eased my concerns and keep me informed throughout the treatment. I went to him after suffering from chronic lower back pain for 7 months. I had tried everything: massage, chiropractor, osteopathy, etc and nothing was making a significant difference. I noticed a huge improvement after only one session. The pain was reduced right away and I noticed increased mobility that continued to improve as I went for more treatments. Acupuncture and cupping is now something I've incorporated into my lifestyle on a regular basis to help with pain management. I would highly recommend Cody, especially if it is your first time trying these treatments. Cody is a miracle man. I've dealt with knee issues for over 10 years stemming from old sports injuries. I've been in and out of the doctors office for years, seeing multiple specialists, physiotherapists, having multiple MRIs, X-Rays, etc done. Cody was able to do more for me in 30 minutes than these people were able to do in years. My first session with him was my first introduction to acupuncture and traditional Chinese cupping, and he did not let down. I woke up the next morning and for the first time in at least 8 years, my knee was not cracking. Cody also used Prolotherapy injections to heal a damaged ligament I had, it worked wonders. I had already accepted the fact that I would be dealing with this discomfort for the rest of my life, Cody was able to change that. I'm a little nervous about needles so I was a little tepid to try acupuncture. Cody Zhang was so great throughout the session - lots of good questions, helping us get to the bottom of my issues. I have had trouble with my shoulder and leg for sometime. There is no major pain but a tightness and stiffness that should not be there. Cody and his treatment methods are proving to be successful in helping my body heal from these long term aliments. After treatment my muscles can be tender but after a few days they feel stronger and more relaxed. This treatment is helping my body reach its full potential and not be limited by previous injuries as his treatment allows my body heal.
