“Stellar staff, stellar service. Stephanie,Trent and Kennedy took me in and promptly made me feel comfortable and reassured. They very quickly facilitated the tests I needed, and more importantly, I felt like I was being taken seriously and tended to...not rushed in and rushed out as is often the case in our conveyor belt health system. “their website says that they provide paperwork for the Canada disability tax credit, but they don't actually provide this service anymore, which took a second phone call to explain to me. at the very least this highly misleading should have been removed from their advertising the same day that they stopped performing this service.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I sought care from a nurse practitioner since I don’t have a primary doctor. I expected a better experience than what public healthcare offers, but during my second visit, I was seen by an assistant who provided conflicting advice compared to what the nurse practitioner had given me. I left feeling more confused and helpless than when I arrived, with no clear answers and a sense that the focus was more on extracting more money from me than on my care.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I received podiatry services from Samuel Coad. He was very professional and knowledgable. I also received chiropractic services from Aaron Mcdonad. “It's taken me a while to process my experience and what occurred before I decided to leave a review. Receptionist/front desk would not let me speak. She kept cutting me off. Myself, as someone who deals with the public on a daily basis you have to not only be personable but be able to speak with different types of personalities/people with language barriers/and people who can't quite articulate or explain their thoughts and feelings all without losing your cool/being rude/and without escalating emotions. The receptionist I dealt with was was not the best. Without getting into too much detail the nurse had lied to me. Paying for private healthcare you expect better service.
