“Kayla Eagle is an AMAZING physio! I have seen her for multiple aches and pains related to running and climbing. She is incredibly friendly and extremely thorough. I appreciate how clearly she explains things and that she always gets to the root of the pain, instability, etc. and works to correct/optimize your body mechanics instead of merely treating the symptoms. Most notably, I had hip pain and instability in December 2023. Kayla initially worked with me to come up with some strengthening and stability exercises. When that didn't improve things, she referred me to an orthopaedic. Ultimately, I ended up needing hip surgery a few months later. I so appreciated that Kayla took me seriously throughout the ordeal. As a woman, I sometimes worry that my complaints are going to be dismissed or minimized by medical professionals, but Kayla did the opposite. Thanks to her "pre-hab" exercises and referral, I got the surgery I needed and, according to my orthopaedic, had the quickest recovery of any patient he's ever seen. Recently I went to see Kayla for back issues. I'd been dealing with weird pain in a particular spot for five months and no amount of massage, chiro or even shockwave helped it. After seeing her once and doing her exercises and stretches for two days, it has nearly gone away. If you're wondering whether you should see Kayla, just book an appointment!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Just saw Kayla today about a bit of a bicep tweak, she was super helpful, kind and supportive of my goals. And helped me figure what we need to do to get me back to sport (climbing) in time for my upcoming USA climbing trip.”

“Kyla spent time with me and did a wonderful job. I will be following the exercises she gave me as doing them released the muscles in my back and hip. If you need a physio try Bolder Health and Performance.”

“Kayla took the time to really understand my goals as well as my issues, worked through an analysis that taught me new things about my body and how my compensations for old injuries were leading to my issues. She was really able to explain the plan of action to achieve my goals. Highly recommended”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Kayla was so knowledgeable, I had seen another physiotherapist regarding my shoulder, ONCE... the appointment was very painful. Kayla knew after investigating muscle and bone placement, what was needed... She explained in detail what was going on. I recommend her to anyone with a bad shoulder accompanied by pain.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I love that the physio at Bolder has physiotherapists who climb, Kayla was able to give me specific advice on what I could and couldn’t do while healing from a minor injury so I could continue to climb while I wasn’t 100%. The facility is really nice as well!”
