You will be greeted by two little puppies & one giant puppy (who stays upstairs), relax and melt into a warm oversized bed, and all the cozy blankets.</span></em></p><p>* Please Read and Agree to the following policies</p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><em><span style="font-family:Georgia;"></span>Preparing for your appointment</em></span><br></strong></p><ul><li>Remove contact lenses.</li><li>Have eye makeup completely removed from eyes and lashes.</li><li>Limit caffeine intake, if you get the shakes to avoid fluttering eyes and restlessness</li><li>New client or a foreign fill, please expect a message from me via email or text for a mini consultation about what we will be doing.</li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><strong><em>Booking</em></strong></span><br></p><ul><li>A Valid Credit Card is required for booking</li><li>Full Sets - a $50.00 deposit is Required to reserve your appointment, it is withdrawn from your credit card upon booking.</li><li>I prefer you to book your fills yourself using the booking app, to ensure you get the appointment desired, as I do not always get to messages right away - Thank you </li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><strong><em>Studio Policies</em></strong></span><br></p><ul><li><span></span>Arrive on time to your appointment, no earlier than your scheduled time.</li><li>If you do arrive earlier, please message me, I will let you know if I am ready for you</li><li>For your safety, visitors are not permitted in the lash room (pets, partners, etc.) I am flexible if you are unable to find last minute childcare and they are independently able to play on their own or within newborn stages </li><li>Lash room is a phone free zone, to maintain a personalized experience - please take phone calls and texts after your appointment.</li><li>Washroom is always available.</li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><strong><em>Fees</em></strong></span></p><p><strong>When booking please understand that the time allocated for your service takes into consideration your expected on - time arrival, prepping, and completing your service.</strong></p><ul><li>5 minute grace period</li><li>Continually arriving 10 minutes late will result in a $20 late fee. I will still lash you, however your appointment will end at the same time it was scheduled for and be charged the full cost of the service.</li><li>If an extensive lash bath or heavy makeup removal is required, a $15 fee will be applied - give those bases of your lashes a good scrub before you arrive!</li></ul><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><strong><em>Cancellation/Rescheduling</em></strong></span><br></p><ul><li>Any changes or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the original appointment time (within hours of operation 9-5)</li><li>A minimum 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling and cancellations without penalty.</li><li>Should you fail to provide 24 hours cancellation notice 50% of the appointment may be charged or a $30 rescheduling fee will be applied and must be paid. (this will not go toward your next appointment)</li><li>Please reschedule your appointment online within the next 24 hours if you gave late cancellation notice. In the event you do not rebook a future appointment, the credit card on file will be charged under the Cancellation fee - not a rebooking fee.</li><li>Under 24 hours/night before/morning of cancellations will be charged 100% of the service and must be paid prior to rebooking.</li><li>$50 deposits for Full Sets are non refundable should you fail to provide proper notice.</li><li>No shows- will be charged the full cost of the service and no longer be able to book again.</li></ul><div>I understand that life happens and some things are out of our control, however these times are booked specifically for you, so in the event for whatever reason you need to reschedule under the 24 hours, the $30 rescheduling fee may still apply. (sick, weather, work, events, other appointments overlapped etc.) This will be on a case by case basis. </div><p>Winter months - please watch the weather, if the conditions seem unfavorable for you to drive in or prefer not to venture out in colder temperatures, reschedule ahead of time instead of waiting to see, as the Cancellation/ Rescheduling fee will still apply to this. </p><div>* All fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file*<br></div><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><strong><em>Refunds</em></strong></span><br></p><p>All services are non refundable. If you have concerns, please contact me within 24-48 hours to discuss any issues you may be having. I will take responsibility to fix anything I believe is at the fault of my own application with a 30 minute complimentary touch up. I will however, not make fixes after 3 days, due to not following proper aftercare, or any previous indications that may have indicated retention issues.</p><p><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><strong><em>E- Gift Certificates</em></strong></span><br></p><p>Certificates are non refundable. Photos I will request when I contact you, however this simply will not show me enough to know 100% what I am working with. That being said, please be advised that you may end up needing a removal or a heavy upcharge will be applied to the initial quote I may have given you during your phone/email consultation. If you would like to know for sure, an in person consultation must be booked.</p><p><strong><span style="font-family:Georgia;"><em>Fills</em></span></strong></p><ul><li>Fills are a flat rate price- must have 40% of lashes remaining after grown out lashes are removed, at any week that you come</li><li>Recommended 2-3 week fills (generally at max 4 weeks) <strong><em></em></strong></li><li>Top ups (within 6 days)<strong><em> must have 90% of lashes remaining</em></strong></li><li>Following the aftercare that I have instructed to you, will guarantee you the best retention.</li></ul><p>ex.
