I’ve been a client of this clinic on and off for nearly 15 years, and that history is the only reason this review isn’t even worse. Since the change in ownership, the place has gone downhill in a very noticeable way. The front desk staff were dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional, the kind of behaviour that makes you wonder how they are allowed to represent a healthcare clinic. After years of coming here, I can say without hesitation that I will never return. It takes a lot to drive away a long-time client, but this clinic managed to do exactly that. 1 Star !!Lire la suiteRéduire

I highly recommend this clinic! I visited them for knee pain and I must say the service was exceptional! Everyone is professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the very moment you walk in. Tarun and Jas are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain each step and were very interested in my progress. After just a few visits, I noticed a big difference in my pain and mobility. The exercises and treatment plan were easy to follow and really worked. Exceptional Care and Real Results! I started coming here in February(2026) for chronic back pain that I’ve dealt with for about 9 years, and the results have been great! Thanks to their targeted treatments and the exercises they’ve given me to do at home, I am seeing major, definite improvements. The entire atmosphere here is fantastic. The staff are always friendly, professional, and welcoming, greeting you every time you walk through the door. Even during their busiest hours, the therapists handle the crowd seamlessly, ensuring everyone gets attentive, high-quality care without feeling rushed. I want to give a massive thank you to my physiotherapist, Simran. From my very first appointment, it was clear just how much she truly cares about giving her patients the best possible care. She pinpointed the exact source of my issue right away. I love her step-by-step approach—she broke everything down into an easy-to-follow plan, and most importantly, my back feels so much better because of it. There are so many physiotherapy clinics in Brampton, but I’m truly grateful I decided to give Brampton Physiotherapy + Wellness Institute a chance because it has been an amazing experience from day one. My main needs were Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy, and I can honestly say the level of care here is exceptional. Taruneet, the lead physiotherapist, is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. During my first assessment, she carefully reviewed my medical history, ultrasound reports, and concerns before creating a treatment plan tailored specifically for me. She immediately made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident that I was in the right hands — and trusting her with my care was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve also been working with Jas, who is training under Taruneet, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She’s attentive, patient, eager to learn, and genuinely committed to helping patients feel better. Together, they make such an incredible care team. They take the time to explain exercises properly, provide hands-on treatment, and use the right equipment and techniques to help manage and reduce pain effectively. What really stands out is that they don’t just treat you like another appointment — they truly care. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and fun to be around that I actually enjoy going to my sessions and sometimes feel sad when they’re over. I also have to mention Rina, the RMT, who has been providing me with amazing lymphatic drainage massages that have worked beautifully alongside my physiotherapy treatments. She’s experienced, compassionate, and truly has healing hands. She listens carefully to your concerns and makes sure you leave feeling better than when you arrived. And of course, the front desk team deserves recognition too. Daniel and Patricia have been incredibly welcoming and friendly from the very beginning. When you’re already dealing with pain, stress, or injury, being greeted with kindness and genuine warmth makes such a difference. I don’t give compliments like this lightly when it comes to healthcare. Your health is serious, and you need professionals who genuinely care about helping you heal and improve your quality of life. This clinic absolutely does that. I highly recommend Brampton Physiotherapy + Wellness Institute to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective care.
