I had an excellent experience at Breakthru Kinetics. I’ve been dealing with chronic tightness between my neck and shoulder, and Billy really helped relieve a lot of that tension. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand exactly where the problem was coming from. After the session I felt noticeably looser and more comfortable, and he also gave helpful advice on how to manage the tightness going forward. I had ongoing shoulder pain after my accident and was really struggling with movement and discomfort. Billy did an amazing job helping me recover. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what was going on with my shoulder. After a few sessions, I noticed a big improvement in my mobility and a significant reduction in pain. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Billy is the best kinesiologist I’ve gone to and has helped me recover efficiently. I like his methodology for his programs. It also helps that he’s an athlete himself so he could relate to my injuries and the psychological aspect to training.
