“Very satisfied. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The receptionists are attentive and always remember record requests—complete with a smile—and everything is delivered right on schedule, exactly how great customer service should be. Unlike some other places I’ve been (no names mentioned), Bridgeview Dental in Mission truly stands out. It’s a great little clinic with good energy. As a bonus, the view of the cascading mountains to the east is incredibly calming. If you’re seated facing that direction, it makes the whole visit feel even more relaxing. Naturally, I was nervous… But Dr. Hans was incredibly kind and calm and made the experience - dare I say enjoyable? “12 years as a patient and every visit or interaction has been exemplary. Always friendly, accommodating, and professional while also being personable. Low (or at least generally unnoticeable if I’m incorrect) staff turn over has resulted in connections being made and staff members remembering me and our previous interactions, so many of my visits include “catching up” and creating a feeling of connection.
