“I seldom write reviews and came on to write about my wonderful massage therapist, Kim, who is amazing. I appreciate her ability to explain my anatomy and how everything should work. I also appreciate that she is always upgrading her skills. I highly recommend Kim. I was reading through comments and then wanted to address more. I've been going to this office for years, for physiotherapy and massage. I have had nothing but great service from Kayla, for physiotherapy who is wonderful and again, Kim who is the best - both are very knowledgeable and supportive. I saw a negative comment about Debbie in reception, which really surprised me. In my experience, over the years, Debbie has been consistently fantastic to deal with. She is on top of everything, very organized, and is clearly the glue that keeps the office running. She never seems flustered and I have had great success with any interaction I've had with her, always with a smile. Again, I don't write many reviews, but if a business - their employees - go above and beyond in service, I like to give credit where it is due.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Omg such an amazing clinic! Everyone is so wonderful and happy , such a great team to be around ! I would like to give a shoutout to one person in particular , the receptionist Deb. She knew her stuff and made checkout easy and always a loving person to first see when walking into the clinic. She’s the first and last you see, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Such an amazing person and clinic ❤️”Lire la suiteRéduire

“The therapist Kayla was wonderful. I feel like she was limited by lack of equipment. The problem was Deb!!! The receptionist makes promises to make appointments and doesn’t follow through, I found her unfriendly and rarely spoke when patients walked in or try to assist them (many with serious injuries) and when I tried to call her to book further appointments since it had not been taken care of she had no idea why I had been attending the facility for the past 18 months. Based on this information and the fact that the primary therapist has gone on maternity leave… I was not in a position to educate both the receptionist and new therapist of my progress. I feel the replacement therapist should have been introduced to cases prior.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I can't say enough about Lifemark Physiotherapy. I've had frozen shoulder and have back pain, within a few weeks my frozen shoulder was better and haven't had it since. My pain has subsided mostly and I now have massage to maintain the pain and keep the muscles loose. Thank you! I feel 100% better and will continue my maintenance!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Since my accident, Kayla, Kim, Deb and now Kavita have been the group guiding me back to the land of the working. On paper they are receptionists, physiotherapists and massage therapists, but in practice they’ve worn many hats, coach, cheerleader, and on some days, honorary life therapist when my patience with recovery decided to take an unscheduled vacation. Recovery, as it turns out, is not a straight and tidy road. It’s more like a hiking trail. Sometimes uphill, sometimes looping back on itself so you can revisit muscles you didn’t even know you owned. Through every twist, stretch, and “wait, why does that hurt today?” moment, the wonderful ladies at Lifemark have been there with skill, encouragement, and just the right amount of humour. Without them, this journey would have been a whole lot tougher.”Lire la suiteRéduire
