“I strongly recommend looking else where. I booked my first appointment online, and did not receive a confirmation email. I sent an email to inquire, as to whether an appointment had been booked. Yet, I did not receive a reply. I got a call at the time of the appointment, which I assumed had not been booked, and that I could no longer make. The female on the phone was rude to me, when I was simply explaining why I was not there. I called back after checking my email, confirming I had sent an email inquiring in advance about the appointment, she lost her temper with me stating “you called back just to be rude to me.” and told me That I was not welcome there. I was simply trying to explain, as she was clearly angry with me. I am a professional, I do not speak to people like this. It’s completely unacceptable. I received the call at 1pm. If she had checked her emails, Monday morning, when she arrived to work, she would have seen my email, looking for confirmation. Thankfully I did not spend an hour of my time with her.
