“I recently had my first visit at this clinic for a dental cleaning and consultation. Dr. Lam is professional, and the cleaning itself was completed thoroughly. However, during the polishing procedure, I experienced significant discomfort related to suction tool placement. I was repeatedly asked to close my mouth while the suction remained in place, and it pressed more firmly against the middle of my tongue, which caused pain and made it difficult for me to speak or signal discomfort. I believe clearer attention to patient comfort during polishing, and ensuring that the hand-raise stop signal includes immediate removal of all instruments from the mouth, would greatly improve the experience, especially for first-time patients. Overall, the staff are very kind, and I appreciated that when I mentioned my lips were dry, Vaseline was applied, which was very helpful during the procedure. The clinical work appears professional, with a clean and comfortable environment.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Lam for routine cleanings since 2022. This year, we started my Invisalign treatment and I’m really happy with how it’s going. Dr. Lam listens to my concerns and is adaptable in tweaking my treatment as needed, while making sure our expectations align. He’s very professional, honest and knowledgeable. The clinic is impeccable and a joy to visit, and everyone is always really nice. And, of course, the glue that holds it all together is Jane, who assists Dr. Lam and always goes above and beyond. “I and my family including two young boys have been seeing Dr. Lam for over a decade. He is professional and caring and communicates treatment options and situation clearly. I fully trust his advice. Dr. Lam is also a dad himself so he’s wonderful with kids and makes them feel at ease. The staff are kind and welcoming, and Jane at the reception is always friendly and helpful.
