A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full price of the treatment fee.

Please be advised that if you show any signs of infection, you will be required to wear a mask in the clinic throughout your entire visit. We encourage people who have signs of illness to change their appointment to virtual whenever possible to keep everyone healthy. Visits are only for patients and if required, a caregiver.

Due to the high demand for physical modalities, all new massage care and osteopathy clients will be required to put a credit card on file in order to secure a massage appointment.
