“Been going for over 10 years. Have always been happy with his work. My hips get knotted up once or twice a year and he gets me moving again in one visit. However, I decided for the first time to book a maintenance adjustment before a long weekend and booked for the next day. A job at work got complicated and I had to cancel, called as soon as I knew, 6.5 hours before my appointment and they charged me $60 bucks cancelation "no call no show" fee they charge to everyone who doesn't cancel within 24 or 48 hours, I cant remember. they said it was a blanket policy everyone had to pay. I thought it was pretty unfair especially considering their scedule was not full and they could have moved my booking to anytime that day so it's not like I was bumping other paying custumers out of the way. made a really stressful day worse for me and made me feel like I'm only worth the dime to them. I was a loyal custumer but that means nothing these days. I run a business as well and have never charged a missed appointment fee to anyone and would only think it was fair to charge repeat offenders.”Lire la suiteRéduire
