“Very clean and comfortable environment with pleasant team from the receptionist to the dentists. Took my 3 year old daughter in for a visit yesterday, this was her very first time seeing the dentist. She was nervous at first however upon seeing her 1st doctor during the visit, the visit consisted of two doctors, the doctor was able to comfort her with much patience and understanding. I was impressed and comforted at the same time. The 2nd doctor came and the treatment received was consistent with the 1st doctor's. “I am impressed by the level of customer care and quality and will happily return for regular dental services. Upon my first visit for a full cleaning, I was not impressed by the hygienist who only scaled 3/4 of my teeth and left the others untouched, not even utilizing the full hour for the service. I was to be booked in for another cleaning (the only appointment being 5 months later) to finish my teeth. As my plan would not cover another cleaning, I was not happy to be paying the rest out of pocket. Not was I happy with 5 teeth left unscaled. Never in 30 years of dental visits has this happened. In future, especially for those with limited plan coverage, progress of the cleaning and possible scenarios should be fully discussed with the client so they are prepared for the outcome. I think this issue with this hygienist was the lack of clear communication as well as not fulfilling the allotted time for a service to be completed. After discussing this with the dentist, the team was able to book me in within two weeks to finish the cleaning and they adjusted the payment with my plan accordingly. For this I am greatly appreciative. The quality of the cleaning I received here was one of the most thorough I’ve had. The team is friendly, supportive, and very communicative.”Lire la suiteRéduire
