My partner and I had a wonderful couples massage. The space is beautiful, calm, and very relaxing. Isabel gave an excellent massage. She checked in with me throughout to make sure the pressure was just right and that I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. I felt well taken care of and able to fully relax. We visit Pacific Sands regularly and I always make a point of booking at By the Sea. I have had RMT treatments with both Jessica and Robin, and each time the experience has been consistently professional, friendly, and grounded in solid knowledge of their practice. They listen, understand the issues I am dealing with, and tailor the treatment in a way that provides real relief while still making the session relaxing. The location is convenient with ample parking, which makes it easy for anyone visiting from outside the resort. The venue itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. You know you are in good hands from the moment you walk in. Every session I have had has left me feeling better and has addressed ongoing concerns effectively. Candace was super. I elected to have the 30min massage and 30 min facial. Her professional and pleasant manner was lovely. Recently had major spinal surgery - concentrated on a sore shoulder and release through all back muscles. Fantastic. The facial felt superb.
