Proper workstation set-up reduces the risk of musculoskeletal injury and improves productivity. We will guide you through the steps to achieve an optimal set-up of your workstation. We wil review different ways of achieving an optimal set-up depending on needs and available equipment with assistance in applying the fix that work for you. If feel different or additional equipment is needed we will discuss options and where to find what you need. You will also receive a written report and a stretch card outlining the stretches discussed.
