“I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at this clinic. I went in for a shoulder/scapular injury related to MMA training and was cleared to return to regular activity without a proper assessment, diagnosis, or clear explanation of what was actually wrong. Because the pain continued, I sought a second opinion from another physiotherapist who informed me that I should not be training for at least two weeks, and that returning to full activity as originally advised could have significantly worsened the injury and extended my recovery time. Don’t get me wrong — the staff were friendly and respectful throughout my visit. However, confidence and professionalism mean very little if the actual medical guidance being given is inaccurate. At times, it felt like assumptions were being made without enough certainty or proper evaluation behind them. It is frustrating and concerning that I was given advice that could have led to further damage. People trust physiotherapists to make careful and informed return-to-sport decisions, especially with injuries that can easily worsen if mishandled. Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend this clinic.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had an amazing experience in this massage clinic! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and welcome with their warm and friendly personality. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. Brenda was excellent—very professional and effective.
