“I had an excellent experience here dealing with severe arm and shoulder pain from a pinched root nerve (around C8 and T1/T2). The physiotherapist did a incredibly thorough assessment and gave me several great suggestions based on the high level of pain I was in. I opted for dry needling, and the results have been fantastic. While I was expectedly sore afterward, it was just typical muscle soreness and not the debilitating and intense nerve pain I had been suffering from for four weeks. The deep root pain in my shoulder is mostly gone, which is an unbelievable relief. I know it’s not an overnight 100% fix, but to get a 30% to 45% improvement this early on is a massive win. “Ive had negative experiences with other physio places before but Jessica changed my opinion entirely. She was very thorough, helpful and gave me the feeling she genuinely wanted to see me better. Very professional communication and very insightful. I am so grateful that she took the time to thoroughly assess my issue and provide me with the tools to make sure I was better.
