These sessions are for those experiencing loss, deep grief, and emotional pain that is severely affecting the way they are able to navigate their life. This is a soft, touch healing energy healing session where we energetically process the experience within your body. It helps you move from fight or flight into a sense of calm. There will be minimal conversation during these sessions because you do not need to talk about it anymore. You've done enough of that. You have re-lived this over and over in your mind many times before showing up to the table. You need to process what happened through your body so you can live again. And this is what these sessions are designed for. Prior to Session: Please dress comfortably for your session, remove any jewelry, smart watches, and any other technology, and drink lots of water! After Session: You will feel your energy rebalance after the session. As you are processing many emotions can come up. Do not hesitate to reach out to me anytime after session as these emotions are unpredictable. These sessions will help you be more present as you process your experience and start to feel in flow again.
