Our iMRS Mat and Infrared Light Therapy session is a deeply restorative wellness experience designed to support relaxation, cellular energy, and whole-body balance. This is a fully clothed, restful session where you simply lie back while gentle frequency and light-based technologies support your body’s natural renewal processes. The iMRS (Intelligent Magnetic Resonance Stimulation) mat delivers a low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field that mirrors the Earth’s natural magnetic frequency. These pulses interact with the body at a cellular level and are used in wellness settings to support healthy circulation, oxygen availability, calcium transport, and natural energy production (ATP). Many clients choose iMRS sessions to support joint comfort, bone wellness, recovery, and overall vitality. Infrared and visible LED light therapy pads are used at the same time to bathe targeted areas of the body in specific healing wavelengths of light. Different light frequencies are absorbed by different cellular proteins and are associated in research with improved circulation, collagen support, cellular regeneration, and inflammation balance. Red and infrared light are commonly used in wellness care for skin health, muscle comfort, stress support, and recovery.
