As new patients, my husband and I have been so impressed by the professionalism, quality of care, communication style and overall positive atmosphere of the office. “The people voting 5 stars obviously don’t live in castlegar. The receptionists are so rude and miserable you get a vibe like there annoyed that you came in and are talking to them. The dentists argue and talk trash about eachother everyone seems like they hate there jobs. And I’ve been going to this dentist since I was small. They’ve never once picked up the phone ever! “While visiting Castlegar I had had an unbearable tooth pain, and needed to get it checked out. A quick google search pulled up Castlegar Dental Centre as a place that looked after emergency dental appointments. They did have a number listed and after calling it and leaving a voicemail about 1 hour later i did get a call back (approx 1 hour before opening time). They did managed to get me in to see Dr. Nerman who was visiting from New West and a Specialist for root canals the same day, and after a quick consult they confirmed a root canal was necessary. They scheduled me in the next morning, and all i have to say is that Dr. Nerman was like a Root Canal ninja, after being frozen if was in and out of my tooth before i knew what hit me, all and all from the time I was first frozen to the point where i was making payment it was 56 mins. The paid was for the most part gone, and one day later I am able to eat solid foods with out being in severe pain. Dr Nerman, was great to deal with, and was very personable, and even during the worst pain was able to make me laugh. Very happy to recommend him to anyone who might need a root canal, it was painless!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Rather not listen to the dentist and assistant talk trash about co workers or other patients, while im laying in the chair getting work done. The town isnt big enough to get away with that.. I'm going to add to my review.. I originally went to this office because I was sure I had a couple cavities between some of my teeth. I asked her to have a look. She disregarded my concern saying that they are only shaded from staining. I decided to get a 2d opinion when my next cleaning was due.. I went to a different dentist. “Never had a problem with anyone, dr Mona and dr singer were always awesome and so was the front staff. Dr singer did my braces and I love my teeth! Dr Mona was so friendly and made me not mind going to the dentist.”

“I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in to a busy schedule. They had a specialist come in and fix my very painful issue, and were very flexible with billing, as we didn't have 100% coverage for the procedure. I found the dentist, dental assistants, and receptionist very friendly and accommodating. The office itself was clean and bright, and their tech was up to date. “Not impressed and I will be changing offices. Front staff is not friendly. They made an error in scheduling and my daughter has been waiting 1 1/2 for a very quick appointment. My son had to wait over an hr. At no point did they try and remedy the situation but I did get a very weak appology. We will not be coming back.”Lire la suiteRéduire
