  Clients who provide less than the 48-hour notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee of up to the full value of the appointment missed for allied health appointments (Psychologists, counsellors, dietitians, massage therapists, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists) and $60.00 for medical appointments.
