Heart Chakra Balancing- Moving through Grief and Loss

This will be a 75 min sessions to balance all the chakras with a focus on the heart, Anahata to help you move through grief and loss. I will use a combination of chanting, reiki, marma, gently movement, breathing and sound to help open and release this area. We will end with an oracle card pull and heart to heart conversation.
