24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Please give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule or cancel your appointment
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment (no show), will be charged the FULL appointment fee. This fee CANNOT to billed through insurance providers or ICBC
Frequent the cancellations and no-shows will result in restricting being made to the patient’s ability to book for future appointments in our clinic

“Tuina(acupressure) by Henry at this clinic is a must try for anyone with backpain/shoulder pain. “Front desk staff was super polite and helpful with paperwork before the massage even started. Paul Lee was my RMT and he had great communication at the beginning to make sure that I was comfortable and told me what I should do if I was in pain which put me in a relaxed state right away and then he rode the line of good pain and sweet relief perfectly through out the massage.
