“I started with Erica after having a hysterectomy 3 years ago. I started to go back now due to fibromyalgia, trauma related injuries and daily stress. The team is amazing, I've never felt more listened to and helped by a medical professional and their team as I have here. I appreciate the personal programs,exercises and suggestions given and also when I am not sticking to My routines, I get understanding and ideas to keep me motivated instead of ridicule or being made to feel bad for slipping up like I've gotten from other professionals. “I had physio with Erica 1 time. I had trauma issues and was explicit about that. She handled me so roughly that I had bruising on my inner thighs. She said that was normal and fine when I emailed photos of the bruising. During the appointment I was shouting in pain from the pressure. She did not ease up. If I go in and say explicitly, that I've had trauma, I shouldn't have to tell my physio to stop being so rough and hurting me. I cancelled follow ups and she called to ask why which felt aggressive to me. Awful experience. It took me over a year to even be able to share this experience. I felt I had to so others could avoid a similar violating experience.”Lire la suiteRéduire
