I had my first session with Nicole Joe and was extremely impressed. She showed an excellent understanding of my injuries and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. Nicole has a very calm and reassuring bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. I came to see Andrea Longman for persistent right shoulder pain that had been bothering me for a long time the pain come and go for years. About three months ago, I twisted my shoulder，but I kept putting off seeing a doctor or physiotherapist. Recently, the pain became much worse — I could no longer sleep on my right side, and even slight pressure on my right arm would cause pain at night. Andrea was extremely professional and thorough during the assessment. After evaluating my shoulder, she asked me what kind of result I hoped to achieve from treatment. I told her honestly that I just wanted to be able to at least sleep on my right side without pain again. What surprised me most was the result after just one session. That same night, when I lay down to sleep, I realized I could actually lie on my right side without shoulder pain. I truly did not expect such a noticeable improvement after only one appointment. Andrea’s knowledge, professionalism, and treatment approach made a real difference for me. English is my second language, and Andrea noticed i may not fully understand the excise instructions, she took extra care when teaching me the exercises I needed to continue at home. She was thoughtful enough to ask what my first language was because she wanted to make sure I fully understood everything. She then printed out the exercise instructions in my own language so I could clearly follow the training at home. I was genuinely touched by how considerate and patient she was. I am truly grateful to have found Andrea, and I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.Lire la suiteRéduire

I had my first LDM by Stacy and it was an amazing experience. I didn't know entirely what to expect so Stacy explained everything and made me feel very comfortable during the entire massage. I've seen Andrea for a few sessions now and she is such a warm and welcoming human, really cares about your concerns and wants to help. She's easy to talk to, listens, remembers things you talked about at your previous session, and is really helpful with teaching you/showing you how to properly do the exercises recommended at home. I first chose to work with Andrea because of the positive comments about her on our community Faeebook page. I am so glad I did. She is an amazing physiotherapist and person. She is my "go to" when I have physical issues that need support. I don't know how she does it :) She uses a variety of treatment modalities, depending on the issue, and gives me helpful excercises to do in between sessions.
