“A year ago, I went to this dental clinic for treatment. When I was paying, I asked if I could get a discount. The receptionist lady asked that dentist said yes, so I paid the bill for that visit. This year, when I went back again, the receptionist told me that I still had an outstanding balance from last year. When I heard the amount, I realized it was actually the discounted price, so I asked why I needed to pay it since I had already paid the bill before. The receptionist said she was only responsible for collecting payments. Such a unprofessional way to get money from patients.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. They took me in on an emergency basis after I slipped and broke my tooth on New Year’s Day, and I felt genuinely cared for right away. The whole team was so kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the crown process. Miranda is amazing — calm, knowledgeable, and truly supportive. More than that, her warmth and thoughtfulness really stood out. I’m especially grateful for her connection with the local dental lab technician who helped with the shading and detail, since I learned how tricky it can be to match natural, translucent teeth. A special thank you to Shelley, whose compassion meant so much. She made me feel so comfortable, seen, and understood, especially when I was in pain. Dr. Zahed was thorough and reassuring. “I had to get 4 wisdom teeth pulled out and was sure I wanted to be put out because the thought of getting teeth pulled was terrifying. The team talked to me and about what to expect and made it not such a big deal as we do in our heads. Anyway, I did all 4 with local freezing and honestly it went awesome. I was so nervous but the dentist and his team are incredibly patient and talked me through the whole thing. He did an amazing job and I can't recommend them enough! 🙂”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Chilliwack Family Dentistry is by far the best dentist I have been to. If you are nervous about going to the dentist for whatever reason this is the dentist office to go to. All of the staff is so welcoming, understanding, and helpful. You can tell they value each and every one of their clients and prioritize them having the best experience possible. Dr Zahed is a wonderful dentist who goes above and beyond. When I had my wisdom teeth removed he gave me his personal cell number to text him if I was experiencing any issues. When I was experiencing tooth pain before going on a trip, they booked me in for a last minute appointment with enough time to recover before my flight. I really cannot recommend them enough. I have recommended them to friends who have had similar positive experiences with them. I am sad that I will no longer be going for the time being as I am moving, but if I ever return to Chilliwack this will be the dentist I go to.”Lire la suiteRéduire
