“It was one of the best massages I've ever had. Jame was really amazing. The massage was relaxing and effective. I would come back again.”

“I was really excited to test out this place as I've heard wonderful things from my colleagues, however as a first time client, my experience was a joke. I called to arrange for an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday (I was not advised of any cancellation fees at this point). Come Monday, I had an emergency and had to leave work early. Unfortunately I only got a hold of the clinic around 4 PM (my appointment was at 5) because the pamphlet with their details was at work (still short notice which is on me). I called to explain what had transpired and that I would like to move the appointment for the following day. The receptionist was absolutely horrid, she began in a snippy voice to tell me how there's a cancellation fee and how it's unacceptable, had her attitude not been so ridiculous, I would've definitely returned. This is how you lose customers. Now all of my colleagues know about it.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had a great experience with Ara Melkonian, Registered Massage Therapist. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire session. He thoroughly explained each step of the treatment process, which created a sense of comfort and trust. His technique was highly effective, and it was clear that he possesses a deep understanding of anatomy and therapeutic massage. He also provided thoughtful aftercare tips, demonstrating a genuine commitment to his clients' well-being. I would confidently recommend Ara as one of the most knowledgeable and effective massage therapists I’ve encountered.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Caiti is an exceptional massage therapist. The clinic is accommodating and often has last-minute appointments available if you’re not picky about who you are seeing. They will also offer to put you on a cancellation wait list if they don’t have spaces open. They have Saturday appointments.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“First time here, with the expectation to have a relaxing 1hour massage given the reputation this brand has. The front desk staff were wonderful, and booking was easy. I must have just gotten unlucky with the RMT as it was an hour full of dry rubs, elbows in my bones, and nail stabs. Her pressure was good, but lacked intent and purpose. Came out thinking I needed another massage.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 because I made a booking last minute and the receptionist was very quick to respond and ensure I had the correct location. She was the saving grace of my experience.
They send you emails to fill out a form before your appointment to indicate your problem areas and health history. I’ve been having foot pain lately so I wanted a leg and foot massage.
Upon arriving, my RMT completely ignored my request to focus only on my lower body and kept suggesting we do back, neck, shoulders, even arms. After I had indicated I was feeling pain in my feet and wanted him to focus on my lower body a few times, he kept suggesting my upper body. I finally caved into letting him work on my neck and shoulders with the condition that we focus on my lower body.
During the actual massage, he spent so much time on my upper body and barely spent any time on my legs. HE NEVER TOUCHED MY FEET. Honestly I wasn’t sure if I should’ve complained at the time because I knew they had other appointments after me but it was a very disappointing massage. It just felt like he wanted to do the areas he wanted to touch me vs where I wanted him to touch me.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“One of my favourite places for a massage is the chain of Sutherland Chan clinics as I find their therapists to be very accommodating to my personal needs and are also multi faceted in their training. Each therapist has their own unique skill set and depending on your particular needs these can be customized to your liking. My two preferred locations would be the RBC location as well as Women’s College hospital although I have tried the others downtown and they are equally as great.
I will also say that the reception staff are so kind and very accommodating to last-minute appointments and offering cancellations.
The clinic also has convenient hours of availability to accommodate most schedules.
Overall a great experience every time, and a special thank you to Ara from RBC place, and Kenneth at WCH.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Horrible experience as a first timer here. Had a 45 minute massage booked for 6:15pm. Arrived at 5:55 as advised to have paperwork filled out well in advance of my appointment start. Steadily watched as other clients that came after me were taken from the waiting area to their massages. Wasn’t until 6:35 when I had to look around the corner at the receptionist who then went running into the back to get who would be my RMT. In the room, the RMT informed me I would only be able to get a 30 minute massage as they closed at 7 and she doesn’t stay late even though she apologized saying it was her fault I was waiting around.
My massage was light and she didn’t seem to be able to feel/notice and work out the knots in my back. I also advised on my form and in person with my RMT that I had a soft tissue injury around my right elbow, and to stick with neck/shoulder/back since now it’s only 30 minutes, and yet she went down my arm enough from my shoulder to aggravate my elbow injury pain.
Since I wasn’t paying through insurance I asked the receptionist to pro-rate my 30 minute massage at the cheaper 45-minute rate as their shorter massages are more expensive on a per minute basis. She could not understand why I wanted a cheaper rate (or math) as “I received a 30 minute massage, and the rmt apologized for the schedule mixup, and if I had been late and got a 30 minute massage, I would’ve still been charged a 45 min massage,” implying I should be grateful that my bill was for a regular 30 minute massage. Completely disregarding that they wasted my time, refused to give me my booked 45 minute massage because of their error, and charged me more on a per-minute basis. I definitely left less relaxed then when I arrived, and won’t be returning.”Lire la suiteRéduire
