“I give Chris 5 stars because he has been helping me with my MS symptoms with acupuncture. I have weak legs and foot drop as a result of my MS, Chris explained to me after giving him my symptoms that it may be a back issues as well causing these affects and how acupuncture can help. I have been 6 times BECAUSE I am seeing positive results with my walking, balance and stamina. I am now able to go on walks with my family for the first time since my diagnosis, foot drop seems to have subsided. There are many more MS symptoms that Chris and I will be tackling and look forward to carrying on the treatments because of the positive results I have been given.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I can’t say enough amazing things about CJR Acupuncture. Chris has been absolutely instrumental in treating my knee injury and getting me back to staying active. His knowledge is incredible. He takes the time to do thorough assessments and truly focuses on finding the root cause of the pain rather than just treating the symptoms. The treatment itself can be a quick, sharp pain at times, but the relief afterward is 100% worth it. I always leave feeling better, and the long-term improvement I’ve experienced has been huge. He is extremely professional, skilled, and genuinely cares about his patients’ progress. If you’re dealing with a sports injury or ongoing pain and want real results, I highly recommend him. “I was highly recommended this place and fist went for some daily neck pain. Chris is brilliant, explains what he is doing and helps you feel so at ease immediately. Shortly after I went a couple times I had a gym accident in which I was so messed up. Chris figured it out prior to any CT scan and helped me navigate through the most pain I’ve ever been in. Not only brilliant, but very thoughtful, polite, professional and accommodating. Chris treats so many different things and once I am recovered from my herniated disc, I’ll be seeing him to help with my sleep! “I can not express enough Gratitude for the work Chris had done on me with acupuncture! With a recent rear-end accident, my shoulders and neck were in constant pain. Running headaches and major discomfort thoughout my heavy work days. Now, the pain it getting down to about 25% of the time, I have confidence of being pain free again in the near future. Finding out I had athsma @ 50 years old, I didn't even realize my muscles were restricting my breathing, mobility and exercise soooo much. I was litterly resting and sleeping in fetal position for years. Now, I'm feeling like a New Person! Breathing Easier, Feeling Lighter, and being able to lay on my back now without Pain. “I can’t recommend this Chris enough. I came in with persistent lower back pain and was honestly surprised by how quickly I felt relief — it only took a few sessions to make a huge difference. On top of the treatments, he gave me really thoughtful recommendations for stretches and exercises to do at home, which helped me continue improving between visits. I also had an acute shoulder issue that was triggering frequent headaches, and he addressed that as well with incredible results. “My experience with Chris at CJR Acupuncture has been nothing short of amazing. In a hail mary attempt to help with surprise pinched neck nerve pain I booked in for a treatment. Chris was extremely thorough with assessment and treatment suggestions and his knowledge sharing was reassuring. The treatments themselves were...interesting...but Chris described every step and checked in with my comfort frequently. There was discomfort coupled with curiosity and then relief. My healing has been significantly advanced and the acute pain I was experiencing was relieved significantly. After booking my next treatment I ended up having a new issue (my knee tweaked) and Chris pivoted and ended up treating both situations.
