Direct billing is available for most major providers. Patient is responsible for any portion not covered by extended health benefits. Payment is due upon services rendered.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to schedule others whom may be in need of treatment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the appointment.
