I can’t say enough good things about Clayton Heights Physiotherapy. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. My physiotherapist, Colin McGowan, was absolutely excellent. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and has a great sense of humour that instantly makes you feel at ease. He took the time to really understand my injury and explain everything in a way that made sense, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout my recovery process. Chris Pink, the kinesiologist, was also amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about helping people improve. He opened my eyes to a lot of things regarding recovery, movement, and long-term health that I hadn’t considered before. And I can’t forget Katie Burlingham at the front desk — always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling appointments. It’s clear she truly cares about the patients and helps create such a positive environment every visit. Overall, the entire team at Clayton Heights Physiotherapy is professional, friendly, and highly skilled. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their recovery. I went in to see a Physiotherapist because I had spasms in my right leg. Himani confirmed the cause of the spasms. Through treatment and exercises, she addressed the root cause of the issue. I have been seeing Abigail for the past few weeks and she has been absolutely amazing. I have the worst sciatica pain and she has been able to alleviate so much of it. I highly recommend seeing Abigail if you are in need of massage therapy.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. The receptionists always greet you with a smile and know you by name. I had the pleasure of working with Rosel who as my physiotherapist. I had seen Rosel in the past and she helped me so much with my hip problems. This time around was no different. She had me back to normal in no time. I've been visiting Clayton Heights Physio for several months, receiving IMS (dry needling), massages, and various treatments for shoulder and neck pain caused by years of working out. Himani has been overseeing my physiotherapy and has been wonderful to work with. Shalean manages my massage therapy, and I am very pleased with the outcomes. Both are excellent at explaining what's happening with my body concerning pain and tension, while also providing exercises to improve my mobility.
