Very disappointing experience. I came in because of chronic muscle tightness and pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. Unfortunately, the treatment felt like gentle rubbing on the surface rather than working into the areas that were actually tight. The therapist didn’t seem to locate or address the points where I was experiencing the most tension. When the session was over, I honestly couldn’t tell any difference. My muscles felt just as tight as before, and I left feeling like the treatment had accomplished very little. Given the price（140+ CAD）, I expected a much more effective and targeted massage. For me, it was a waste of both time and money. I honestly don’t understand how this level of service meets the standard I’d expect from a Registered Massage Therapist. I’ve had friends with no professional training give me more effective massages than this. I left feeling like my muscle tension hadn’t been addressed at all.Lire la suiteRéduire

Had an amazing session with Jiyoon Karen Kim!!! I truly can't recommend her enough. After trying out several RMTs across Richmond, I found her treatment be the most transformative. She focused on my lower back, shoulder and neck which have been consistent pain points for me. She was super thorough, really massaging into each tense muscle, making sure to relief the knots one by one. Pressure was really good throughout, felt like she understood how much pressure to give depending on the body part. I was extremely satisfied! She was also very kind, caring and friendly! She even recommended me several stretching exercises I can do, and explained to me when and how to do them. As a regular RMT client of Mackenzie’s, I can’t recommend her enough. Her 30-minute sessions are perfect for a busy schedule. She does an excellent job targeting tension in my neck and shoulders, and the hot towel finish is always a wonderful, soothing touch.

I highly recommend Jiyoon (Karen) Kim for TMJ massage as she is extremely knowledgeable. I had headaches, jaw locking, pain and clicking everyday. After just 1 treatment I noticed a huge improvement with no more headaches and jaw pain! She is amazing!

Really lovely people and good service as well! Booked an appointment online and it was really convenient and straightforward. A lot of options there and they actually specify which ones are relaxing and which ones aren't. So this was nice. I booked a massage with Mia and like how deep she went. It's the next day now. And I'm still feeling some of the areas she worked. Appreciate how she actually gave me some pointers on working on strengthening the muscles that are actually a little weak.Lire la suiteRéduire
