“The spa is lovely - cozy, peaceful, and all the staff are friendly. I started seeing Jen when I was pregnant and have continued massages since having my baby. Of the many services offered, I particularly attended for manicures and pedicures. The staff consistently ensures each customer is satisfied and has an enjoyable experience. “I am really looking forward to getting back to ORC Club Spa to get my nails and facial treatments done. I can't wait until they are able to reopen.. The staff always make me feel as if I have found a calm oasis in the midst of my stressful life. Over the years I have been to many aestheticians but Josephine is by far the best. The work she does on nails is absolute perfection and she has vast knowledge of skin and skin products that actually work on aging skin. “It was my first time at the spa for a massage. I thought their booking system was nice and simple to use, setting up the appointment was a breeze. I love the convenience. They sent me my COVID screening questions 2 hours in advance so that there wasn't any waiting when I arrived. The atmosphere was nice. My therapist was amazing too. I totally muffed up the time of my original appointment, showing up an hour late when everyone was gone. They were kind enough to rebook for me with no penalty. Now that's customer service! “I have had massages from many of the staff RMT's and they are all great. Nice quiet relaxing setting, comfortable beds, and I like the heating pad they use on my legs after the massage. Definitely recommend them.”

“I'm definitely a person who tries multiple massage places looking for the best one, and I can finally say I've got it. I had a 60 min appt with Amy, she is so friendly and amazing at what she does. All the stress and tension in my neck, shoulders, and back are completely gone and I feel like a million bucks! The entire staff is very welcoming and the spa is very cozy and professional. “Last week was my first time at ClubSpa and I was completely impressed! The staff was very well informed about all the best products for me to use and the amount of services offered was surreal. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing any sort of spa treatment or any skin care product information! I have already booked my next appointment and an appointment for my sister!
