Coleman is a master at working with energy. He has been instrumental with supporting me through mental illness, including helping me out from the brink of suicide. When my Dad died earlier this year, my energy shifted to a very dark scary place. I’ve battled depression and anxiety my entire life, and I’ve been on antidepressants for 15 years, but when Dad died, I spiralled into the darkest place I’ve ever known. Coleman not only used acupuncture to release the stabbing pain in my gut from the grief, but also got me on a regiment of Chinese herbs to flush toxins out of my system. Then one day I decided that I didn’t want to live numbed out on antidepressants anymore. If I was going to make the choice to continue living, I didn’t want some dimmed version of it, so I made it my mission to wean myself off antidepressants. And to be honest, it was hell. However, Coleman was a sounding board through it all, listening to me cry and scream and expel toxins in every which way imaginable. He has an innate ability of taking my chaotic energy and calming it down, breaking it into manageable pieces, challenging my old ways of thinking and patterns that no longer serve me, and connecting me with the universe’s loving energy. I’ve now been clean off antidepressants for almost 2 months. By taking a more natural approach to wellness, I can report that all my senses feel magnified; the world looks brighter and food tastes better. I am also FEELING everything, which at times is completely overwhelming, especially as I confront the feelings of guilt and sadness associated with grieving for my Dad. However, actually facing these emotions rather than being numb to them is the only way to eventually be free of their power. Coleman proves time and time again that he is able to harness my overwhelmed tumultuous negative energy that threatens to derail me and transforms it into positive energy conducive to healing. Coleman is a true healer and he’s changed my life. He’s relieved my terribly painful periods, healed my injured wrist, and fixed my lower back when it seized up and I could barely move. He’s also relieved ailments that I didn’t even know needed adressing. For example, I’ve always enjoyed running but couldn’t ever really do it for long distances because I would get terrible side stitch cramps and couldn’t run through the pain. He released whatever was causing the cramping and now I can run miles without any pain at all. It actually blows my mind. I’ve also suffered with weird itchy skin and outbreaks that no GP or natural pathetic doc could diagnose. I was at my wits end talking to countless medical professionals, not ever finding any relief. Coleman fixed that too. I seep better, have tons more energy, and am much more at ease and grounded, mentally and emotionally, even during these unusual times. FEELING MORE LIKE MYSELF AGAIN. THANK YOU COLEMAN! After just 2 treatments, I woke up this morning and dont feel like a zombie. after all the physical and emotional trauma I've been through the last years, I finally feel like myself. I am the glue that keeps my family running and it was finally time to put Me back together again. self care is super important. WOW! I haven't felt or looked this refreshed in the past 5 months since we started building Okanagan Float! I just received a cupping/acupuncture session from Coleman Smith at Tidal Elements Healing Arts studio followed by a float in our pod across the hall. I feel like a whole new woman.
