“I used to like this community health center until a recent bad experience. My primary physician went on leave without any notice and since then I've had 2 different people attend to my care. The first one changed the rate at which one of my medications is released and the second one said they would change it back and then did not... and then went on vacation apparently and now I'm going to miss my own vacation because apparently it's too hard to get my prescription as it's been prescribed to me for years. And on top of all that.. someone at the front desk was very rude, unhelpful and completely apathetic to what I'm going through. Thanks Compass. Dr. Kaur is a great practitioner and Dr. Kahn is the best. It also takes weeks if not months to get an appointment.. I can't even follow up about this for weeks.. and apparently no one can help me or do anything about it. I've only spoken to this new practitioner one time and she straight up lied to me and then went on vacation so I'm screwed.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to take a moment to recognize Sonia at Compass for the truly exceptional care she’s given me. From the beginning, she took the time to really listen, understand what I was going through, and make me feel supported during what has been a very difficult time. That level of empathy and patience is rare, and it made a real difference in my recovery journey. Recently, two specialists examined my foot and were genuinely impressed with the care and progress. They asked what had been done and what products were used, and I was proud to tell them that Sonia was responsible for the treatment. Their reaction confirmed what I already knew—she is outstanding at what she does. In healthcare, people often hear complaints more than praise, so I wanted to be sure this was shared. “This clinic is visually stunning and conceptually intriguing, with excellent receptionists. Beyond that it's one disappointment after another--with too much emphasis upon being friendly, inclusive, and compassionate at the expense of being efficient, excellent, and innovative. By the end of my second on-boarding visit I was so annoyed and irritated that I cancelled my third and final one, then ran back to my previous primary-care physician as fast as I could. Some of the things I noticed and disliked about the practice: DEI-driven patient-selection quotas. No visible nor available male clinicians. Clumsy, protracted on-boarding procedures. Lazy, absent-minded record keeping. Telemedicine-only primary-care providers. Poor reading and listening skills across the board. Hostility and resistance toward complementary and cutting-edge therapies supervised by outside specialists, despite positive outcomes. If you're passive about your health, don't want to conduct your own research, don't have any big ideas of your own, and are in the market for superficially friendly service in a nicely designed environment offering care so generic it might as well be generated by ChatGPT, this might be the place for you. On the other hand, if you're looking for ways to optimize rather than merely stabilize your health... or clinicians well-versed in functional/performance/longevity medicine... or you've experimented on your own with various biohacking techniques to positive effect... or you want physical access to an actual physician... stay clear of this place, because it's not for you.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Doctors are NEVER available! They will usually avoid and ignore the patients and the pharmacy's requests for a prescription renewal. Absolutely Ridiculous Hard to get ahold of anyone, reception puts all calls on hold, and after a while on hold the call cuts out”Lire la suiteRéduire
