“Dr Finn and his dental team are amazing! Dr Finn puts so much care into his patience. He makes sure you feel at ease. I have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but I am so grateful for such a wonderful dentist like Dr Finn. “Always a calm and welcoming environment. Today's hygiene appointment was notable because the hygienist asked if I wanted to know the procedure costs before proceeding. This was a respectful gesture for someone without dental insurance.”

“I've been going to Compass Dental for the better part of 25 years. Dr. Mike Finn is amazing, I have little fear of the dentist and hygienist in this office (Lets be honest who really enjoys the whole idea of it... Thats kind of strange if you do) everyone is professional and very accommodating with my needs, being a wheelchair user can at times find it a bit difficult to get an appointment in a timely manor, but this is due to there being a limited amount of rooms I can fit in. Having said that they do everything to try and accommodate. I can see why they are so busy because they are good at what they do! Thank you Compass Dental for taking the fear out of going to the dentist and keeping my teeth and mouth healthy.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews—this is actually my first ever—but I feel compelled to share our experience with Compass Dental after the past month. At my 13-year-old daughter’s last appointment, she was told in the exam room that she had one cavity and that the rest of her teeth looked great. However, when she went to the front desk to meet me to pay, we were told she actually had two cavities. My daughter was confused and upset by the discrepancy but didn’t speak up at the time. When we got to the car and she explained what had happened, I called the clinic that same day to respectfully ask for clarification. I was told someone would look into it and get back to us—but we never received a response. I then submitted a written complaint through their follow-up survey system. Again, no response. Over the next few weeks, the clinic called multiple times to book her filling and coordinate with the orthodontist. During three separate calls, I calmly raised the concern again each time. Still, no one followed up or addressed it. This week, I finally called to withdraw our family from Compass Dental and explained the situation—for the sixth time. The person I spoke with didn’t know who we had seen, had no record of our previous concerns, and couldn’t explain the conflicting information. Most concerning, there was little acknowledgment or concern that we were leaving. We never felt heard or taken seriously throughout this process. As a parent, that makes it very difficult to trust a clinic with my children’s care. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in communication and follow-up for future patients. We will be looking for a smaller clinic where communication is clearer, concerns are acknowledged, and the overall standard of care feels more attentive and consistent.”Lire la suiteRéduire
