Our Nurse Practitioner offers personalized care for women in perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. <br /> <br /> Your initial consultation includes a comprehensive medical history, symptom evaluation, and a lab requisition for blood work. Blood work is comprehensive and includes a complete metabolic panel, inflammatory markers, and individual hormone testing. Please note that a separate follow up appointment must be booked after your initial consultation to review your blood work, make a diagnosis, and formulate a treatment plan which may include a prescription for bio-identical hormones, if appropriate.
