Welcome to Core Performance Massage Therapy ! We are located at 570 Raymer Avenue, in the Pandosy Village area of Kelowna . HEALTH CARE COVERAGE: We are set up to bill most health care insurance providers directly, including Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Canada Life, Manulife and many more . PARKING: We have two parking spots available for our patients. Please do not park in a space reserved for other businesses as you may be ticketed. Paid, on-street parking is available. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that our 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. In courtesy of fellow patients and your therapist we ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. The late cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled appointment and the no show fee is 100%. Not billable to insurance. INTAKE FORM: To save you time please complete your Intake Form sent to you PRIOR to your appointment so this does not interfere with your treatment time. All information is confidential.
