“When Tanusha introduced herself I immediately felt comfortable, her personality just relaxed me and I quickly knew I was going to like Tanusha. I felt Tanusha was very knowledgeable about my exercises, first visit exercises were easier and we continued to progress to more difficult exercises. I’m confident that the exercises Tanusha left me with is going to help so much with my recovery. I had pulled a muscle while doing my exercises, I’ve heard this is quite common. Tanusha quickly zeroed in on which muscle and used TENS on it and provided me with a stretch to do to help it. She gave me time for the muscle to heal and we were able to continue with our hip exercises. Tanusha was a joy to work with, I would definitely request Tanusha if I ever need a physiotherapist.
