Cultivate Wellness has a strict 24-hour cancellation or reschedule policy. If you have to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the full fee of the missed session.
A credit card is required on Client accounts to hold appointments. If you do not have a credit card, please email info@cultivatewellnessyqr.ca to have your appointment set up.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email info@cultivatewellnessyqr.ca Please note: The hourly rate for Registered Psychologists (Richie and Maureen) will be increasing to $225 per hour effective March 1, 2026; consistent with the Psychology Association of Saskatchewan fee recommendation. Certified Counsellor & Social Worker Sessions will increase from $160.00 per hour to $170.00 per hour effective January 1, 2026.
