“I first met Stephanie last July (2025) when I threw out my back. I was bent like an L and in pain. After the first session I could walk further without the pain. After the second session I could walk a little bit standing upright. By the end of the third session my back was 75% better. As someone with serious back issues let me tell you finding Stephanie has changed my life!!!!

“I booked a massage with Tony the day after my soccer match because my legs were really sore. Tony gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other RMT massage therapists before, but this was definitely one of the best deep tissue treatments I’ve experienced.
Tony knew exactly where the pressure points were and used unique massage techniques on my calves, hamstrings, and quads. He also applied the perfect amount of pressure .strong enough to relieve tension, while still being comfortable and relaxing. “I recently had a massage here and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. I understand that every massage therapist has a different method, but the approach used didn’t seem to address my sore areas effectively at all. I experienced pain and discomfort during the session, and afterward I even noticed large bruising on my back from some of the techniques used.
I left the appointment still feeling quite tense and not as relieved as I had hoped. While this may simply have been a mismatch in technique for me personally, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular location.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I do have to say I very much enjoy every minute I spend at Da Estrella, very calm and relaxing environment.
Hali is definitely one of my favorite people on this earth, I appreciate how she take her time to understand where I am having issues and give me options for personal preference of results and focus points, her techniques have yet to not surprise me with the tention she is able to release from years of back and muscle abuse.
