“There are repeated errors with billing, insurance, and charges, which has completely undermined my trust in the front desk’s competence. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I echo the sentiments of many others who have posted here — this was not an isolated incident, but part of a consistent pattern of poor behaviour. Following the latest of many unprofessional interactions, I’ve decided to leave the clinic. This decision has nothing to do with the dentists or hygienists, whom I respect and value, which makes this particularly disappointing. “Dr. Leslie Wong is one of the best dentist I ever met. He is very patient, calm, and very professional. If you need a dentist in Vancouver then Dr. Leslie is your best choice. The clinic is in a convenient place in downtown Vancouver, lots of street parking spots. The clinic is spacious and always clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Leslie is our family dentist since long time, the prices are reasonable for Vancouver. I did many procedures with him and honestly I always impressed how easy and pain free it went. “I have been a patient at this dental clinic for close to a decade and have always appreciated the professionalism, care and competency of Dr. Wong and his staff. Dr. Wong is personable, extremely skillful and gentle, and all of the work he has done for me has been successful and enduring. Svetlana has been my dental hygienist for 5 years now and she is by far the best hygienist I have ever had. She is knowledgable and competent, and explains carefully her procedures and protocols. She too is very skillful and attentive, and always does a superb job in keeping my teeth in the best condition possible.
