“Dr Navid is very attentive and caring. My mom always had problem visiting dentist’s office but he is so kind and gentle that makes her feel safe. Also he explained everything patiently. “Had a really great experience here! Everyone at the clinic was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and the whole appointment was smooth and stress-free. The dentist was thorough, took the time to explain everything, and never made me feel rushed. A special shoutout to Carly at the front desk! She was so kind, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. She made booking appointments and checking in super easy, and her friendly attitude really made a difference. “I had a great experience at the clinic. Dr. Tabitha was very professional, thorough, and took the time to carefully assess my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt reassured and well taken care of during my appointment. I would also like to thank the dental hygienist for the cleaning. The cleaning was very smooth, gentle, and comfortable, and they took good care of me throughout the visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They even put on a FIFA match for me, which was a thoughtful touch and made the visit more enjoyable. “I have left positive reviews for this clinic in the past, which is why I feel it is important to raise this concern. This is the second time I have brought up an issue with the clinic's processes without seeing any change, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I recently visited the clinic to have a filling redone. Before I even entered the treatment area or spoke with the dentist about the procedure, I was asked at reception to sign a consent form stating that the dentist had already explained the treatment, alternatives, and potential risks to me. At that point, no such discussion had taken place, so I declined to sign the form. I understand that staff may view this as a routine administrative document. However, it is still a legal consent form, and patients should not be asked to certify that something has occurred when it has not. While complications may be rare, informed consent exists precisely because there is always a possibility that something may not go as planned. My concern is not with any individual staff member but with the clinic's process. A more appropriate approach would be for the consent form to be signed only after the dentist has explained the procedure, answered questions, and discussed the relevant risks and benefits. Since dental assistants are typically present during treatment discussions, they could assist with obtaining signatures at that stage. This change would better protect patients, support informed consent, and uphold professional and ethical standards. “I just had a dental cleaning with Hongyu, and she was very kind, gentle, and professional. I also had a check-up with Dr. Tabby. She speaks Persian, which is very helpful if you are Persian, and she was extremely informative and thorough in explaining everything in detail.
