“Rude and condescending staff including Dr. Hildebrand which has limited expertise when it comes to diagnosis. I went in for a consultation with a persistent abscess. Dr. Hildebrand recommended after the consultation a perioflow treatment: his diagnosis was inflammation due to food penetration between gum and implant. As I attended another periodontist consultation in Nanaimo it turns out it was occurring from the tooth next to it due to a bad root canal which caused a cyst overtime. Therefore I wasted $150 on a consultation with Dr. Hildebrand. No I won't use their services again.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My first Periodontist visit was with Dr. Tarek Ali at the Oak Bay Village Dental Clinic. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. He was knowledgeable, kind and offered many solutions. “I cannot describe how incredibly happy I am with Dr. Hildebrand and his staff!! I have undergone gum recession surgery three times, twice by Dr. Hildebrand and once by someone else. I can tell you there is night and day difference between Dr. Hildebrand and the other Peridontist. I had significantly less pain with Dr. Hildebrand, way better coverage of the receding tooth, and an extremely quick healing process. I was having pain every time I eat something warm or cold and I have no pain anymore when I eat. I wish I could give everyone my phone number so I could tell you and comfort you if you have any hesitations whatsoever. Paisley is also amazing and so comforting. If you’ve heard stories about gum recession surgery ignore them it is not that bad and Dr. Hildebrand and his staff will make it the best possible experience.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“There were friendly smiles all around beginning with Chelsea at reception; then Paisley, who was assisting Dr. Hildebrand, provided both information as well as fun conversation while we waited for the doctor to appear. There was literally no wait time, it seemed, from the time I arrived to the time I left. “I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Hildebrand and his staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful and seems to enjoy their work and have fun.
