I injured my back terribly at work. I went to see Dyan. She was very accommodating and got me in for a full hour appointment last minute. By the next day my back had already started to improve and was 100% better within 2 days of having my massage. I highly recommend Dyan! I saw Dr. Doyle for four months due to migraine and neck/shoulder muscle tension. After the initial assessment (x-ray) she advised she could help me, as I had an atlas subluxation. From the beginning, I never really experienced any improvement. She kept telling me that things were going well based on the fact that my alignment was better than when I first came into her office. I was still feeling my usual pains, plus some new ones, which she stated was normal as my body/muscles were adapting after having been out of alignment for so long. After two months, I began to experience chronic pain in my neck/shoulder/back muscles, which continued to get worse over the course of her treatment. She kept telling me that things were going well and that healing takes time. So I believed her, despite how I was feeling, as I trusted her experience and judgement. Around the four month mark, and after complaining to her several times of the increased pain (I had actually lost range of motion from my left shoulder/arm and couldn't even cross my arms at that point) she decided to stop treating me, advising me that she was unable to help me. She then referred me to a chiropractor of neurology (as she is legally obligated to refer me to another specialist), whom I realized could do nothing for me. I proceeded to find another upper cervical chiropractor, who assessed me and advised that she had been adjusting me incorrectly the entire time. He took new x-rays and examined the ones that she had taken before coming to this conclusion, and consulted with several other chiropractors who came to the same consensus. I have only been seeing this chiropractor for one month now, and already I am feeling much better. I spoke to Dr. Doyle to ask for a partial reimbursement, as I had used up all my benefits and now had to pay out of pocket to correct what she had done, she refused. I know that she didn't intentionally set out to harm me, however, she was negligent and she did hurt me, physically and psychologically. I was worse off when I left her clinic than when I started. I have spent many months in chronic pain and fear of being in pain. It was a blessing that she decided to stop treating me, because by that point I felt absolutely broken - I only wish she had done it sooner.Lire la suiteRéduire

Dr. Doyle always listens to your concerns. She genuinely wants to help ease your pain and improve your function.
I knew I would love her when I saw her change out the regular office counter pens, for Maple Leaf shaped pens for Canada Day. It was small touch but it showed her level of investment for her patients. My first experience with Dr. Doyle was outstanding. She is so passionate and knowledgeable. She was so personable and friendly and made me feel to comfortable. She took the time to educate me and explain each step we took together.
