“First time in years going to any dentist, got a partial clean due to time and it was the best experience I have ever had. I have lots of anxiety and stress with dental work, even just getting a cleaning, and I left upbeat! They used a gel on my gums to help and it made such a difference. Being able to use my headphones to drown out any sounds that would add to my stress was a huge game changer and the workers I met were SO friendly, kind, and explained every step and asked for consent for everything and let me know more than once that I could stop at any time for any reason. “Dr. Michael Binstead has been my dentist my entire life (I'm 28). He has always been nothing but kind, respectful and good at what he does. His longtime receptionist Shelly (I believe) was incredible, remembered every face and was always a plus to visiting. Now that she's gone, the newer receptionist has filled in those shoes and is incredibly friendly and positive. They charge fairly and will ring things through in a way that saves you the most money and uses your insurance and is fairest to you. Small family dental office, which is the only dentist I've ever had work on my teeth. Highly recommend. Amazing dentist for young children, they have toy drawers where you get to pick out a toy after your appointment, as well as toothbrush, etc. Was always a highlight for me as a kid getting a sticky hand”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had my first appointment at Haultain Dental this week as a new patient. I received the best cleaning I’ve ever had and had a very positive and informative review of my teeth with Dr. Binstead. “Dr. Binstead is a great and very friendly Dentist. However, the receptionist does not seem to have any sense of hospitality. I decided to seek another Dental care service provider and left. Dr. Binstead responded to my feedback about the behavior of the receptionist and he made it look like that it is a scheduling issue. “I've had good experiences at Dr. Binstead's office over the past 4 years, both with the work done on my teeth, and in dealing with the front office staff. My kids enjoy the video screens that were installed in the ceiling a couple of years ago. I have a son that has gagging problems, and both Dr. Binstead and his hygienist have been creative and understanding in dealing with his problem. At certain times of the year bookings for cleanings need to be booked several weeks in advance, but that said, I've been able to get in a couple of times on the same day when family members have had dental emergencies.
