Note: There is minimal reception, as Dr. Lam is mainly operating on her own. Dr. Lam highly recommends that you book online and email her at drrachellam@gmail.com if you have any inquiries instead of calling.
Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in Dr. Lam’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The cancellation fee is 100% of the appointment fee. The cancellation fee for complimentary meet-and-greets is $30.00.
