“Dr Shauna, Ally and the Ladies are OUTSTANDING!!! This my first visit and Appt with Dr Shauna and all I can say is she's EXCEPTIONAL!!! Very gentle but nimble hands and her attention to detail for the dental work and finishing ARTISTIC work on my teeth is bar-none! She went over and beyond my expectations and I LOVE the Laser she uses which is a lot less invasive and leaves a lot less inflammation & pain. She is HIGHLY knowledgeable about Dentistry, natural health and thorough in her questionnaire, examination and conversation with you. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Shauna to everyone who is seeking to BETTER their dental health and also their overall health! I felt a WARM welcome when I called to set-up the Appt as well as when I walked in the door. The office is small but COZY and in my opinion it's a lot more PERSONAL that way. “If you have TMD, stay clear of this office. They have no awareness of how to take X-rays with limited opening. They are disrespectful and dismissive. They don’t listen or acknowledge patients. They just cause pain.”

“I had heard that Dr Palmer was using a CO2 Laser for dental work and I got to experience the benefits today. I have never liked having fillings - mostly because of the physical and auditory overwhelm when a dental drill is used. Was I pleasantly surprised! Less discomfort by far even with less freezing, noiseless (except for the lass couple of minutes when polishing) and quick. 90% less overwhelming. Thank you Dr Palmer. “Health and Beauty Dentistry is top notch - I appreciate every team member - Ali, Deana, Erica and Dr. Palmer who have all, since my first visit, listened to and addressed my concerns re: my dental health, previous hesitancy around dental treatment and health challenges I have experienced. Erica (Hygienist) is quick and gentle and has such a calming energy, which makes these appointments actually relaxing and pleasant and something to look forward to. Respect for the whole team's commitment to continuing their ongoing education in this dynamic field - love the focus on oral/airway function and dental health in relation to the whole body. “I left feeling worse about myself than I went in. The office was small and the chair was uncomfortable. I am not a dog person but felt pressured to allow the office dog into the exam room. I don't think they want anyone who uses the Canadian Dental Plan. Seems like a clicky office. I won't be going there to get any work done as their prices are higher than others as well. “My experience with Dr Palmer and her wonderful crew has been excellent. I had 11 extractions, an upper plate and 2 bottom bridges and it all went so smooth. I experienced no pain, some discomfort as the eye teeth have such big roots and it happened so quickly I was out of that chair in no time. I love that it is a one dentist practice as I can speak to Dr Palmer if I drop in for information and she is able to come out. She has a Xray machine that found my issues that the dentist I had seen for several years did not find..... 4 infected teeth!!!. Her staff had such awesome things to say about Dr Palmer.
